The Midi-Velvet skirt

Hello everyone! This is my first post of the year… I hope you enjoy it. For this outfit I wore a midi skirt. As I just said on my last post I love velvet, but sometimes it can be hard to combine. For dark colors I like to contrast them with lighter colors, so the white T-shirt not only makes a good combination with the wine skirt, it also lights the outfit. The sweater without sleeves is an extra which completes the outfit and  and elongates the figure making you look taller altogether with the booties. Whit this kind of skirts I prefer to use heels, so the brown suede booties where a right choice because they combined with the hat, sweater and the bag, making a color-balance. That’s very important!
Because the look is kind of bohemian the hat and the accesories so as the necklace and bracelet give the outfit the perfect last touch. Actually the hats are very popular and on my opinion they make you look good and elegant, so don’t be scared and try them.

Hola a todos! Éste es mi primer post del año…Espero que les guste. Para éste outfit usé una falda de corte medio (Falda midi). Como ya había mencionado en el post anterior me encanta el terciopelo, sin embargo combinarlo puede resultar a veces un tanto difícil. Me gusta combinar colores fuertes, en éste caso el vino,  con colores más claros, es por eso que al utilizar una playera blanca, el outfit se ilumina. El chaleco es un extra, el cual  no sólo complementa el outfit,sino también estiliza y alarga la figura junto con los botines. Con éste tipo de faldas prefiero usar zapatos con tacón, por eso los botines cafés de gamuza quedaron perfectos . En mi opinión es muy importante que los accesorios combinen, tal como los zapatos,sombrero y bolsa, pues de ese modo hay un balance de color. El outfit es ligeramente bohemio, es por eso que el sombrero, junto con el  collar largo y el brazalete, le dan un toque perfecto al estilo del look. Últimamente se han puesto muy de moda los sombreros, a mí me encantan y lo mejor es que te visten y te hacen ver bien, así que no tengas miedo…arriésgate y úsalos, al final verás que valen la pena!
